Passport Application & Renewals

The Fast Track and Premium Services require an appointment at the Belfast, Durham, Glasgow, Liverpool, London, Peterborough or Newport Passport Offices. You can request that we secure you an appointment at any of these offices and take advantage of our optional third party services (details found here >) by completing the form below (see table for basic admin charge). If you do not require assistance with your application then you can apply via Gov.uk directly. You can pay all charges to us via credit/debit card or bank transfer.

It depends on the applicants circumstances as to which passport application or renewal service is most appropriate if they are travelling soon or require the passport for ID purposes as soon as possible then the 1 day or 7 day service should be considered. It also depends on whether having our support via a compliance check (charged at £16 from the Post Office), having your photos done via our passport photo app (£8 saving), access to our Queue Jumping Service, us saving you time and travel via the Passport Lodging service would benefit you or you would be better offering applying directly via Gov.uk.
