If you made a passport application or renewal directly via HM Passport Office rather than with our third party support then you will need to contact HM Passport Office regarding it.

 

If you posted in a paper application form then you will need the tracking number if your enquiry is in relation to tracking the status of the application. If you applied online at Gov.uk then please unique PEX number/s that you were emailed. If you applied for passport WITH our third party support then please contact us as assistance is included as part of the package.
