The Belfast regional Passport Office is located as follows:

This office is open Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 5.00pm and from 8.00 am to 3.00pm on Saturday.

The regional office includes: wheelchair access, accessible toilets for disabled customers and induction loops at all desks for customers who are hard of hearing it is accessible by bus, there is no public car park for this office, the nearest train station to this office is Belfast Central train station. This is the only Passport Office in Northern Ireland, the nearest office to Belfast if you are unable to secure an appointment is the Newport Office.

You can benefit from a Passport Office Exemption by sending all of your documents to us where by we will lodge your application at the London office on your behalf. You simply need to post…

– your old passport if it is in your possession or an LS01 form if it is not
– Paper passport application form (completed with a black pen)
– 2 photographs
– an authorization letter (if we are collecting your new passport)
– any relevant supporting documents i.e. a marriage certificate or Deed Poll if changing your name

Any supporting documents must be originals and not photocopies or your application may be rejected. You can make a maximum of three mistakes on an application form (which you must then cross out) if you make more then this then you will be required to fill out a new form.
