We have a strict privacy policy where by your personal details are only shared with Her Majesty’s Passport Office and the company’s within our group. Your personal or contact details are not shared with other third parties for marketing or any other purposes.The online forms which request your personal details are streamed in from another website which has an SSL / https:// encryption to ensure that the personal information that you enter in the form are passed to us in a secure manner.

Documents that we host on our website such as web links to your contract or receipt are also encrypted with at least 12 characters to ensure that now person or automated script can access to your personal information.

Removal of Data

You can request that we remove our details from our database at any time. You can request this via text message by texting REMOVE + Your 5 Digit Applicant ID to 07786 200 351 (standard rate service).

Providing the service has been completed in full and no outstanding fee’s are due to our organisation then your data can be removed from our system. If your account has a balance outstanding then we will not be able to remove your details from our database until this has been paid to us. Should the debt be outsourced to collectors they would need full access to your details.
