Creating Free Child Authorization Letter
Unless the you are the parent or guardian of the applicant who is also under 16yrs of age if you are attending another applicants appointment at the Passport Office you will need to provide the Passport Office with a signed Authorization Letter from the applicant giving you permission to lodge their application on their behalf. With an Authorization Letter the applicant can nominate a friend/family member/colleague/agent to attend the appointment on their behalf with no requirement for them to attend the appointment themselves thus saving time, travel and accommodation expenses travelling to the Office in person.
However the person attending the appointment must provide the Passport Office with an Authorization Letter that is created in a format acceptable by Her Majesty’s Passport Office. By completing the below form one of our agents will create you an Authorization Letter which is accepted by all seven Passport Offices at no charge and with no Terms of Conditions to sign. Once the letter has been created we can deliver it to you via Fax, Email or in the Post for FREE. Complete the below form and we will create the letter within 1-2hrs for you.
