The Fast Track 1 week or Premium 1 day services require an appointment at either the Belfast, Durham, Glasgow, Liverpool, London, Peterborough or Newport Passport Offices. You can avoid our services and charges by securing a free appointment directly via the Gov.uk resource or through one of our packages (see below for details) where by you will receive all of the items listed in the table in addition to the free Passport Office Appointment at any of the 7 Offices operated by Her Majesty’s Passport Office.

The service fee that you pay online is for our package, the passport fee will be due on the day of your appointment. Our services and charges can be avoided by using the Gov.uk website and service. The Passport Office states that applicants may have to wait 2-3 weeks to receive a Premium or Fast Track appointment. Should you not receive your ideal appointment date you through our package you will have access to our Queue Jumping Website where you will be able to move your appointment forward or back online 24hrs a day.

As of 1st February 2014 only applicants who are 16yrs of age or older and have held a British Passport in the past can use the 1 Day Premium Service. The Fast Track 1 week service can be used for a childs first time British passport or used by those over 16yrs of age if they have held a British Passport in the past. If the applicant is not eligible for either these express passport routes then the Standard Application & Renewal Process should be used. Require assistance?
